The farm is located 45 km from the center of Antalya, at an altitude of 1255 meters, and is established on a 23,917 m² land.
It is surrounded by a 1-meter-high concrete wall, topped with 2.5 meters of steel wire, and further protected by 55 cm of barbed wire on top.
The yield of the 1,300 trees–approximately 7 years old (including walnut, almond, olive, pistachio, and various fruits)–increases exponentially every year.
The farm is equipped with a 50 KW solar energy system and 140 panels, producing its own electricity and selling the surplus to the grid. Additionally, solar lighting is available in various areas of the farm. A gasoline generator capable of supplying the entire house for extended periods is also available as a backup.
There is a well, and the water extracted from a depth of approximately 200 meters is drinkable. The automatic and remote-controlled drip irrigation system is active throughout the farm.
The chicken coop has a capacity of 50 chickens, which can be expanded.
A 300 m² lavender garden and an equally sized vegetable garden bring diversity and vibrant color to the farm.
For control and security, 17 CCTV cameras are installed in various areas.
The mushroom house has a monthly production capacity of 6 tons and 5 units with a 27 m³ cold storage and an automatic irrigation system.
The 200 m² farmhouse is a two-story reinforced concrete structure with 4 rooms, 1 living room + kitchen, and 3 bathrooms + toilets.
Additionally, there is a 60 m² caretaker’s house.
The high-capacity lightning rod located in the middle of the farm protects all equipment on the farm and even a large surrounding area during bad weather conditions.
All the necessary equipment for farming and the operation of the farm is currently available and actively used (tractor, plow, fertilizing machine, walnut peeling machine, etc.).
